Dr. Michael Merzenich

is a pioneer in brain plasticity research and co-founder of Strongest Brains, BrainHQ, and Posit Science. He holds nearly 100 patents, has published over 150 articles in top journals, and received major awards, including the Kavli Prize.

Merzenich helped invent the cochlear implant, an electronic device that restores hearing for people with severe hearing loss by bypassing damaged parts of the inner ear and directly stimulating the auditory nerve. He also created brain-training programs widely used for learning and cognitive health. His work is featured in acclaimed books and media outlets.

Jennifer Fraser, Ph.D

is an internationally recognized author and expert on transforming abuse cultures into healthy, high-performing ones. With a doctorate from the University of Toronto, she bridges psychology, brain science, and culture to reveal how bullying physically harms brain structure and function.

She is the author of The Bullied Brain (showing how normalized bullying causes measurable neurological damage), Teaching Bullies (exposing how some leaders, teachers, coaches, and parents misuse authority through bullying), and The Gaslit Brain (revealing how manipulative behavior reshapes our thinking and disrupts mental clarity, forthcoming November 4, 2025).
